Let it stand two hours.","Roll, cut in long strips three inches wide.","Prepare filling: mix brown sugar, honey, walnuts, prunes, sponge cake crumbs, lemon juice, spices, raisins, currants, citron, wine, and chicken schmalz; heat a few minutes.
